Robin LaRayne (Robin McMillan) is a Yonkers NY native, soulful African American writer, self-published author, and saucy storyteller. Retired and living in North Carolina, she served in the United States Army, and worked as an exemplary representative in telecommunications, as well as an Over the Road commercial driver, where the love of storytelling aligned with the picturesque view of the world around her. She is a mother and grandmother, enjoying the golden years as she always dreamed. 

The self-published creative artist and author delivers the saucy, but naked truth of trauma and the damage it causes in the insightful, but delightfully whimsical 3-part adult, short story series titled Coochie Chronicles – A Divine Feminine Journey. 

Other titles from her life's work include an unpublished poetry collection, lyrical compositions and collaborations, and her first self-published title I Know You're Out There, RL Publishing LLC, 2013.
